The CSHA EI Committee met with leaders from the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) in October 2024 to discuss issues relevant to speech language pathologists and speech language pathology assistants working with infants and toddlers at local Regional Centers via the California Early Start program. Rate reform was discussed at length, as well as data, issues, and solutions that have been identified with the assistance of CSHA members in the trenches.
